Pink salmon roe is the most common seafood delicacy. The taste of roe is universal, and it has a pleasant smell and color ranging from orange (when frozen) to bright orange (after thawing). The grains reach 5 mm in diameter. The eggs can burst and form juice, as the shell is not particularly strong.
