Frozen mackerel (block) 400-600 g is a tasty and incredibly healthy fish with nutritious white meat. To preserve the characteristic taste of mackerel and its beneficial properties, the carcasses are processed directly on the trawler. Immediately after this, the fish is canned using the shock freezing method.
You can cook mackerel in different ways. Its white meat is very tender, so the carcasses are incredibly tasty when baked with spices and vegetables. The fish goes well with soy sauce and sweet and sour dressings. Mackerel can also be fried, stewed, boiled and salted in pieces.

Shelf life: up to 12 months.
Storage conditions: in the freezer chamber at -18°C. Re-freezing after defrosting is not recommended.
