Trout caviar is not only very tasty, but also healthy. It can be said that this product contains valuable substances in concentrated form. Caviar is a source of microelements, amino acids and valuable proteins, which are much more useful than analogues contained in meat or milk, as they are absorbed by the body faster and easier.
When storing this caviar, you need to adhere to the general principles that apply to any type of caviar:
- If the product is purchased frozen, it can be stored in the freezer of a home refrigerator until the expiration date indicated on the package.
- If you have defrosted the product, do not store the caviar for more than 5-7 days in a closed container.
After opening the can, it is recommended to eat red caviar within 2 days.
It is not recommended to re-freeze the caviar: the eggs will burst and a lot of liquid will appear in the can.
