Wakame has a fresh, salty taste with a pleasant sweet and sour aftertaste from the marinade. Sesame seeds add a pleasant, crunchy texture and nutty aroma. It is a versatile product that can be used in salads or as a separate snack. It goes perfectly with rice, seafood and soy sauce.
